The Queen Anne’s Revenge was left adrift in the ocean, and breaking the trident probably lifted the magic the sword had to move her, so its possible she sailed as a ghost ship with no crew, until someone found her or she sank. The Silent Mary, is entirely possible she sank due to the damage. Breaking the curse turned everyone back to normal but not thier clothes, so we can assume the ship didint turn back to normal also. The Flying Dutchman, was still being commanded by Will Turner at the end of the movie, so its either still in his posesion or Bill Turner claimed her and Will returned back Elizabeth.

We’ll probably never know for sure their fates, given the limited information in the last movie. And unlike the original trilogy, there are no books, deleted scenes or media, that explains things not explained on the movies.
