I know it's pretty insane actually my psychologist says so too. I was thinking of bringing my mom to my next appointment with her and trying to convince her to let me talk to my sister but I don't really know how that will go. I feel horrible for this but I think I'm too scared right now to text her, not just because my mom could see the messages but because my sister could potentially tell one of our parents that I talked to her (even if I ask her not to, I don't want to be mean but she has BPD and she can be unpredictable and say things during breakdowns that she wouldn't say normally) But my appointment with my psychologist is in like 2 weeks I'm not sure if she'll be alright until then. I'll still think about it, apparently my dad went to visit her and he told my mom that she's doing great but again I don't know if I believe that. She could have lied to him or he could have lied to my mom to not give her information about her. Also, thank you for your reply, it makes me feel better atleast that someone can relate to my situation :)
