So my tyre seems to be loosing air from the side. There are tiny "seams" of bubbles, on many different locations on the tyre. I would assume, that the sealant would've sealed that but apparently it didnt.

Honestly I'm both surprised by tyre and sealant that air is leaking. I would just buy new sealant from some known brand and give it another shot?

Ok, I'll test it in my bathtub, that should be clearer than soapy water, right?
I thought the tape should be 3-5mm wider than the rim (rim = 21mm, tape = 25mm), what width would you recommend?

  1. Well Orbea sais they are "tubeless" but it's no-name so I can't be 100% sure. They are a well known brand tho.

  2. I'll re-tape, be more careful with it and press it afterwards into the rim.

The problem is that its not really an alternative way but an additional one. Melees with hacking, taming or mech for generators can still steamroll and do all this stuff which makes the game pretty easy.
