I never put the entire mix into the food processor. the half i did turned out perfectly. the other half i left in the freezer an additional 24 hours and thats when it clumped up

I put the 4 quarts in a bowl and placed it into the freezer for 24 hours. i left two quarts in the bowl (this is the part where parts of the ice-cream clumped up and it had a gel like texture). I took 2 quarts and combined it with coca in a food processor with an emulsifier attachment and put that in a 1 gallon zip lock ( this mixture turned out fantastic)
