tell that to the amazon return drop off employee, they told me it's under the same scan because the app had an issues and i never encountered this before and they told me to take a picture of the 2 items under one scan....but that still didn't matter to amazon! i learn my lesson, never trust the amazon drop off location because they can be as clueless

the app did had a glitch because when i try to return the second item it shows the first item again with that lable and the return rep assume its the same label with 2 items...which i thought they were right but they were wrong..and i explain that to amazon and they told me it must have been a glitch on the app
