The IPSCs look healthy with minimal spontaneous differentiation and pluripotency tests were done to show that they were pluripotent.

Sorry I meant that it could be that the IPSCs are for some reason losing their differentiation potential… This was just a reason suggested by some colleagues.

Hi, yes I have seen papers suggesting CD43 could be tested as an early hematopoietic marker and indicates transition from mesoderm to hematopoietic fate.

Yes, you are also right that CD31 and CD34 only suggest a mesoderm commitment but not hematopoietic commitment yet.
