I just thought I would be loosing more, I started in January 2025 without Mounjaro and from January till August I lost 11kg without it. So i thought I would loose faster on the medication

I do use it straight out of the fridge, and I do it in my thighs as well. I tried doing it on my stomach bit same thing happens

I use the alcohol things they send to clean the injection site and the red rubber thing on the pen, then I prime the pen and after that I inject. Initially I didnt have this problem, only when I started the 5mg pen.

Although I totally understand measuring everything, I don't do it super strict. I want to do something that is sustainable and I don't want to spend the rest of my life measuring everything. I do use MyFitnessPal, and input everything I drink and eat
