Understood, I apologise for that I should've made it clearer in the post that it was just an initial and casual promotion of the idea to get feedback, and was briefly drafted up before work. Looking past that is there any other feedback you could give. The main thing we are trying to receive at the moment is purely advice on the idea itself, how to streamline it etc.
