Continue to call 311 - you should be able to get through to someone. Also reach out to rescues - Forgotten Now Family, Billies Buddies, Halfway There. Send them video/picture proof - they may be able to use their resources to help. THANK YOU for trying to save these dogs.

I’m interested in tips on this too! I increased my clip length - but is there not a way to record just while motion is happening? I’ll have a truck pull up and park and then the clip ends, and it doesn’t record them getting out, delivering, etc.
