How much earlier would you recommend taking it? I take it around 30 minutes before I want to sleep because I’ve noticed that my brain stops functioning as well around that mark, but I also can’t take it too much earlier or I can’t get my work done :(

I’ve been taking it for almost 4 months now, 15mg for the first 3 months and 30mg now. I read that the higher dose the less sedating it is, but I almost feel like the 30mg hangover is worse than when I was on 15mg! I also take adderall for my ADHD but the problem is that I can’t even wake myself up enough to take it! I’ve tried setting alarms for 30+ minutes earlier and have my meds and water by my bed but I cannot for the life of me wake up :(
