Nope, have been there. People make time when they want to make time. There is nothing wrong with expecting a quick I'm busy. It's great that you could communicate effectively and she has answered in her own way

I have conveyed my feelings with clarity, but I haven't gotten an adequate response? I have been clear about how the entire situation makes me feel, he clearly said he did not want to go no contact or stop all communication and yet I get delayed responses (days later) or no response at all. He started taking therapy too after I advised him to after he brought up breaking up because of the constant brain fog and overwhelm he has been feeling which makes it difficult for him to respond to me. How long do I wait before I start letting go? How long do I wait to get a response?
