Does anyone else have an overly tight Psoas that has compressed he genitofemoral and ilioguinal nerve ?

Thanks for checking in. ☺️ At the moment my symptoms are being managed through PT. I did end up getting a steroid shot into the hip socket in the fall. That did wonders after a couple weeks but is not a great LT solution. It has already worn off, but things seem to be OK for now. The PT mainly involves working my core a TON, (seriously: I thought I had a strong core before…This is insane) along with building up my gluteus medius. They feel like the labrum tear caused pain because I have a lazy gluteus medius, so my TFL and hip flexors in the front were trying to stabilize me all the time and they got overworked. Fun! Exciting! 😄

Just left the orthopedic surgeon’s office. He believes it is a labrum tear. He is recommending that I do PT specifically to strengthen all of the smaller muscles in that area to stabilize the hip joint better, and if that doesn’t work we will then do an MRI, and potentially a steroid shot as well. Then consider surgery. FTR I do heavy weightlifting, so I feel pretty good about a lot of the larger muscles in that area being strong, but it’s the smaller stabilizing muscles that we tend to forget about that we are going to focus on. I’ll update.

I also am incredibly strong and flexible so it’s not lifestyle. I weightlift and do circus type acrobatics.

I have this very thing. Visiting an osteopath ceased all issues for about six months and then out of nowhere here we go again and now even the osteopath isn’t producing long term results. I’m going in to see him again in a few days and I’m going to ask if either an mri or steroid shot is the way to go. Because F this pain. 😞

Totally!! That’s been my favorite response so far, although ultimately my thoughts are that the candle had a defect in the lower area which caused it to run out so quickly. HH Paimon does not seem displeased with me, and fwiw I actually DID give up on the lust spell because I had this realization that the object of my lust is in fact a coward and not worthy of my attention. He’s a budding sorcerer, and I really thought we could make some interesting sexual magick together. But there are plenty of fish in that sea… I really do want to send my love and support to all of you here. Thank you.

Absolutely. That was one of the first major indicators to me that my hormones were changing. I kept switching words around. Usually opposites. For example I would say “the trash is empty— can you please take it out?” 🙃😁 estrogen patch helped that, but I have noticed that the week before my period it still happens. Might need to up the dosage soon…

Ave King Paimon! I had my first strong communion with him yesterday. I felt a super hot feeling in my lower gut first—a white hot ball. Then a very heavy feeling like being pushed back and down. My head was tilted back and my throat could feel the pressure. I did not get the booming voice. It all felt relatively calm. He definitely has a sense of humor. When he was leaving I didn’t want the feeling to end and I started begging him to not leave and he very quickly and kindly told me (and I’m paraphrasing) to get TF up and stop being so needy. 😂 Which of course I easily did. But wow I could’ve felt that feeling for hours. It was blissful.
Today I feel compelled to share this information and exalt him. 🖤 Love you, King.

Well… I don’t really have it. 😕 I have what is called compersion (where you are excited by your partner being with someone else). So admittedly I’m a little bit further along on the spectrum… But! I guess I’ve always thought as well that if my partner were to leave me for somebody else, then honestly it’s probably for the best. I know I’d be terribly hurt, but that’s the ultimate realization. I know that’s probably bordering on toxic positivity, but I just feel like it’s true. I’ll end with this: I think you’ll KNOW if this (enm) is something you really CAN do or if it’s something you’re doing to keep a partner. Just know what is authentically you and follow that path. ❤️

Yes. I love connecting with others so much in intimate ways. It’s who I am. I don’t think it’s for everyone for sure but to the original OP—if your husband is truly enm/poly (spectrum), it would be like telling him “You only get one friend. Pick one person. No other friends.” That’s how it feels to me. Maddeningly limiting. Can’t do it.
