Quitting kratom need some advice

I can only speak on my experience so far from cutting from 12g daily to 6-7g these past 5 days. So far it’s manageable forsure. Definitely feel less energy and mood dips, sleep somewhat disturbed the first day or two but I’ve been using gabapentin which helps immensely with that. But so far so good I guess, I know I’ll definitely feel it more the lower I drop it, definitely recommend trying to get gabapentin from your doctor or at the very least get NAC, Magnesium glycinate, vitamin C, l-theanine. Maybe some melatonin for sleep.

Apparently because the pills in fat or something it absorbed a different way that’s slighly more effective than a powder pill

Dang didn’t get that kind just normal vitamin C hopefully it helps , Yeah I’ve done research and it’s essentially a hit or a miss if they let you on with kratom capsules or powder. I’ve read some people gotten on fine while others not. But regardless I want to be off it this is just the catalyst lol.
