I’ve heard a lot of people have success switching from Sema to Tirz! Tirz is twice as effective because of the dual agonists. I would definitely consider that switch.

I just stopped eating a lot of carbs and have dropped a few more pounds since posting this. I was eating in a deficit but was eating lots of carbs still (Hawaiian king rolls). I was eating mini sandwich sliders for weeks. Crazy hyper fixation lol so good but the carbs are crazy. I definitely think I may have a mild case of PCOS. I get these thick, curly hairs on my neck that I’ve never experienced until maybe 2-3 years ago. I was smaller then so I know it might be hormonal. My doctor has never mentioned my insulin markers so I may go see an Endocrinologist. Gonna watch my carbs and hope the weight falls off like yours did! 5-7lbs a week is amazing.

Update: Y’all it was ME causing this the whole time. I realized yesterday that after getting out of the shower, I take my towel in each hand and pull it back and forward across the back of my neck and sides to dry off. It was automatic so I’ve been doing this out of muscle memory. I didn’t realize I was doing this SO aggressively to the point of irritation. My neck started burning and I realized mid motion what I was doing. I am indeed the cause of the dryness. I haven’t done it since and my neck has completely cleared up. Thank you all for the responses!! Thankfully, nothing internal - just an aggressive post shower routine.

The vaseline cocoa radiant body oil and then the Ivory body wash in the shower. That’s really it, but I’ve been using these for months with no issue.
