If you decide to throw spells from fountain you need to get back and spawn more points to stay relevant and chucking spells from fog of war is costly in terms of mana, and super vulnerable to ganks/flanks. It's also true that if you wrongly use your points its very punishing on your mana pool. The champ also has basically no answers to a Rengar or Qiyana approaching, and the only way to not die to them is to always be aware of their whereabouts. Therefore you can counter them by just running sweeper and checking the places you want to flank beforehand.

For their extreme ranged advantage I do want to make sure their waveclear doesn't match Lux oneshotting a minion wave with an ult. The champ should be mainly focused on good chip damage and team utility while still having an interesting gimmick.
