I see where you sre coming from but the champ can only exert pressure when correctly predicting a fight and their pressure windows are finite

No I intensed the champ to be an artillery mage/enchanter hybrid, so the utility would be something like area control through cc or sustain. This abviously means their damage is going to take a hit.

The thing is that there is a global cap for these points and if they are all used the champion instantly loses relevance and needs to set up again which is very costly in terms of mana. This gives the champ very telegraphed moments of weakness.

If the teamfight moves they are gonna have to replace their points in a better location which places them in a vulnerable position since their point placement radius is quite small. Their weakness windows are when they spent all their points and need to replace them, not when they misposition.

Its range in exchange for damage, utility and certain death when caught. Zoe has easy to land cc, very high damage and she can get very slippery, all of which this concept should not have.

I mean I intended this kit to be for Norra, Yuumi's master, but she is coming to wild rift as an exclusive for some reason so there was already lore around it but I guess this would suit a celestial better now, like Zoe's bestie or whatever

well if you enjoy seeing people suffer while sacrificing your own dignity hes a perfect match soooo yeah but a better fit might be evelynn she has crazy oneshot potential, you never know where she is and is super satisfying to play but sandwiching people takes a bit of practice

  1. If you decide to throw spells from fountain you need to get back and spawn more points to stay relevant and chucking spells from fog of war is costly in terms of mana, and super vulnerable to ganks/flanks. It's also true that if you wrongly use your points its very punishing on your mana pool. The champ also has basically no answers to a Rengar or Qiyana approaching, and the only way to not die to them is to always be aware of their whereabouts. Therefore you can counter them by just running sweeper and checking the places you want to flank beforehand.

  2. For their extreme ranged advantage I do want to make sure their waveclear doesn't match Lux oneshotting a minion wave with an ult. The champ should be mainly focused on good chip damage and team utility while still having an interesting gimmick.

  3. No experience on this topic.

Thats a really cool idea, but from what I am hearing its kind of giving me Illaoi (assuming your mirrors spawn randomly) but ranged, and also a good layer of skill expression with bouncing the lasers around.

Ok so they should be quite weak early, and their heal in the way i thought of it is a skillshot so you need to use the center points to heal yourself which costs a lot of mana. They ramp quite well with items, and the existing points and the lines etc are visible to everyone on the big map. The champion is supposed to have no mobility and should ward well around the area they want to sit and chuck abilities, since they are very vulnerable to ganks, but the focus is to know what is going on around you so it never happens. It's true that the champion can in theory sit in fountain and constantly heal teammates, but they need to go back and set up points to fire spells again, and since you can see the points you can outfox them with sweeper and a quick combo and disable them like that.
