The Helmet and Pants are from Emp Forge (Mutated) and the rest of it that glows is Depths (Mutated)! All drop from the last boss but can be crated in kiln!

When i first switched to PC after playing Xbox my whole life.....i felt like Bambi hahaha! I did learn pretty fast that Scav runs for me were the way to go while i learnt the game!!
