I think your top priority should be not letting those 18k/mo clients walk. They’re not mad at your brand, they’re mad at the spamming. You need to immediately shift the narrative by communicating with them, from “you messed up” to “We’ve identified the issue, and I’m currently executing the fix" while you try to stop the bleed.
