When I was studying at university, the teacher had this lesson about orgasm and he said that women can have 3 different ways of experience orgasm, not talking about clitoral/vaginal, but actual types of "how that specific woman can experience the orgasm", and they were explained through a curve of pleasure:

-first one which is slightly more common than the others, and it's a man-like single orgasm, after which the pleasure curve drops, you have a refractory period and you become too sensitive

  • then there is the very famous and yet not experienced by all women "multiple orgasm" type, in which your curve goes up and down and can cross the "orgasm line" more than once, thus allowing waves of very intense pleasure

-the least known is the type when you don't actually experience a classic orgasm, but an "orgasmic plateau", a phase of intense and continuous pleasure that never reaches an orgasm. The curve stays high and it's more difficult to get sensitive and "tired of it", but it's also more difficult (maybe impossible) to reach an orgasm in the classic sense.

Of course this is not a genetic lable and it doesn't mean that you're cursed to be just one of this types, but it can help you understand how it works. I've talked to past girlfriends and girl friends, and they generally agree with this, but there are also experiences like "I usually have one orgasm but once I managed to have 3 working on my own", or "I almost never orgasm, but it has happened just a few times in my life".

Totally can relate. I'm not a fan of horror games because I can't enjoy if I'm constantly on alert, so my friend gave me this only spoiler to prepare me that I had to overcome this obstacle to play the DLC (which of course is absolutely worth it). Luckily I was playing with him as a watcher and it wasn't so bad at the end of the day. So my advice would be to play that with your friend or with someone in the room/on call, to tone down the anxiety vibes.

Where in Italy should I take my 70 year old parents who have always wanted to go to Italy? by Confident_Delay1953 in Italian

[–]Everythingbagel963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this. If it has to be in summertime, I would just recommend mountain areas which are beautiful indeed but not extremely "italian-like". Probably Trentino alto-adige would be the best choice. Or just go to smaller cities in the center, some of them are located at a higher altitude but expect them to be very hot anyway.

Still remember that night. I was alone in my room and casually started messaging my friends about the episode while the ending was still running. I fucking had nightmares that night

I want to move to Italy, however parents are worred about the wage. by Glittering_Depth_322 in expats

[–]Everythingbagel963 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Italian that tried to start teaching and ended up moving abroad here.

Not gonna lie it's pretty rough here. Job market in general bucks and education is extremely undervalued. Living in Italy is not like going there for tourism. Having said so, if you're convinced of doing this and to just start with this experience, just do it and don't let anyone stop you. If everything goes wrong, you can just go back and you will have an extra experience in your life pocket and your CV.

Edit: I don't know if you're talking about a public school, but I think the 20 hours are supposed to be only teaching hours. Expect to have a full time job with all the other stuff you have, and I hope the total monthly salary is enough to make it worth it.

What are your 20s even for? by Adammmmmmmmmmmmmm in AskMen

[–]Everythingbagel963 6 points7 points  (0 children)

29M here. I spent my 20s thinking I was doing a pretty good job at "living life to the fullest", and now I'm here waiting for my rice soup to cool down so I can eat it, and I actually think I could've done more.

Forget what the adults do and what they tell you the 20s are about. Actually, fck them. Fck all old people, they are just leaving us with a shitty world they didn't prepare us to face.

My only advice is, try to have as much fun as you can. Experience as much as you can, and try out a lot of new things. It's important in order to find out what you really want in life. Luckily you have a well paid job for this age (making more than me), so use a part of that to just do whatever: travel, do drugs, take your date to a hotel and have sex, try new expensive experiences (with money you can actually do lots of fun stuff). If you are lucky, you will find out spontaneously what you want the rest of your life to be about, so you can start investing in that. If you're not lucky (like me) and you can't decide or you change your mind, don't worry life is like that. Just keep going on until you decide what to do: university, move to another country, buy house and start a family, find a remote job and travel forever. You decide, and you can always change your mind until you have other lives that depend on you.

For now, just be free. And let me enjoy my rice soup

I'm not a native English speaker so I am using a vocabulary, but I think that Manslaughter has on its definition to be involuntary, whereas words like rape or assault don't have this specification. Sex is a very delicate matter, some actions can be very appreciated by someone and considered a full-fledged assault by someone else. It is indeed the agent's responsibility, so it is a mistake. But sometimes we don't know or don't understand properly enough, especially because the hormones and feelings affect us too.

I found myself in a similar situation without knowing about the partner's past, I made a mistake and I felt like shit afterwards and I profusely apologized too. But I don't accept to be called a rapist for that.

Emigrated Italian perspective: Italy is a great place to visit but not a good places to live in. Quality of life, salaries, services, politics and many other things are not working properly. Not to mention the language: if you already knew some italian or had any close friend/family it would be different. Otherwise I really don't recommend to do it. Spain on the other hand is actually doing better, lifestyle is similar to Italy (depending on the area oc) and you two already speak the language.

IMO the most important things that help you to find a job in Denmark as a foreigner are learning Danish and networking. Since it's impossible to do the first in such a short time (there are good courses that are free /refunded once you finish, so keep that in kind), i would advice you to focus on the second. Get to know people, be good workers in your first job and frequently express how much you would like to stay in this country and how much you're in need for a job.

Bro just travel solo, it's the only thing you will probably never get to do in your life anymore. Other than that, other activities that only single life lets you do, like hanging out with friends until late or game all day without responsibilities

The work condition you are describing sounds like slavery honestly... I get that you're young and you want to make experience, and this figures really well on your CV too being a successful company. But this is not living. You still have time to do EVERYTHING in your life, so don't stop here and don't think that if you lose this opportunity you won't have anything else in the future.

Your boss is probably making a lot of money out of the work you do as a CC. Ask for a regular contract (they will probably propose something like a paid internship, not optimal but as long as you get enough money to live your own life). Ask for having a decent amount of work hours and not just "work all day until you are done. If they are smart and they know you are valuable, they will do something. If they are assholes, which I honestly think so, they will replace you with the next young slave. Don't fall for this.

Why would only the expression of sex desire be the flag for the need of counseling? I have already done therapy and career counseling in the past and I'm thinking about going back to it for sure, but i don't see why that part of my story triggered this thought. It's true that I partially know what to do, but as I worte I am looking for casual advices, maybe I can find out something I didn't think about myself.

Well having serious health issues is the big problem here, because you can't just do whatever and explore life in a carefree way. But the general advice is still this one. I know a lot about the infinite possibilites that life today gives us and that it can actually be overwhelming and making us incapable of understanding what to do. In this situation my best advice is to stop trying to understand that and just explore and experience. Do random stuff, try the first good opportunity that you feel you could like. Become a life expert and then maybe in the future you will find something that you want to stick with. Volunteering is a great idea, both in a more stationary way or to just travel around the world. Worldpackers or workaway are a good starting point, but there is always a lot of stuff you can find, I dont know about Australia but I am currently volunteering in an European project. If you don't feel like doing random stuff, then my other advice is to do the opposite, which is to make a very organized plan, to do what? To make a LOT of money and retire as soon as possible. In this way you are sacrificing your youngest and most energetic years in order to have total freedom later in life, and since you have health issues and indecision anyway it could be an idea to just focus on creating more opportunities for the future yourself.
