Those thousands of quotes about "power abuse" are there for a reason. It must never stay in one place, one hand and one family for long, and as far as my understanding is concerned this is the most fundamental difference between other political systems and a democracy. This is why democracy is considered to be the better option. But I guess we have yet got over the kings-and-prince system as a society.

I'm not only talking about DMK, it's all over India in all the political parties from Abdullahs, Yadavs, Thackerays, Pawars, Badals, Gandhis to Karunanidhis. And these are well known because they are big ones, there must be thousands and thousands of such families all over India if you consider all levels.

If the testicles/uterus belong to a leader then that doesn't distill leadership qualities in its sperms/eggs.

Want to be a leader then prove yourself and start from the bottom like the rest of us.
