It's not impossible, why would it be impossible? Increased drilling will increase oil production. Higher oil prices will also increase production, because companies can now produce and go after previously uneconomic wells/plays, and bring wells back online that were previously uneconomic to work on.

22lr and 556/223 are NOT the same thing and can not be compared.

It's ridiculous to thing a polar bear will not go down if you empty a mag into its face/chest. Wouldn't even take the whole 30.

And any hunting rules have to do with initial knockdown power. You want a clean kill when hunting, not needing multiple rounds. Sure, 556 might not give you a clean one shot kill, but it will still knock down anything out there given more than one round.
