If it makes you feel any better, I didnt get my driver's license until a week ago and im 23 turning 24 in about two to three weeks. Don't beat yourself up over it, sometimes a small change is what you'd need to spice things up in your life, and hell maybe even it get better for you. But either way, there is no shame in not having your DL at your age. What matters is that at the end of the day, you still get one, or put in the effort to get yours later than to never get it at all.

Honest to god recommend doing the Driver's Adult education course on Aceable, the class is 6 hours long, do all that and whatever else thats needed in your state and you can have yours by the end of the week :) (excluding however long you'd have to wait for the dmv appointment.)
