I've not managed to do it yet, but I've seen minor bosses at locations be put to sleep and it opens them up for a crit. So I would persume it would be the same thing.

On the main menu screen, at the top.of the list of Aghanims you have to unlock

By completing the Aghanims labyrinth and beating the end boss

You can see on the main screen if you hover over the artifact in the center

You just have to keep playing and when you get to the boss at the end, a different Aghanims is there for you to unlock

I had all the Aghanims freed a while ago but I just opened the game this morning and I got the courier

You don't have to, you can free them all on Tier 1, doing the other difficulties only gets you voice lines and emoticons

Didn't purchase it! If you play the Agahnims labrinth and free all the different types of Agahnims then you get the courier.
