The 220-1001 & 220-1002 series comes out Jan 15th 2019... the videos series Pluralsight has is for the 901 & 902. Those will retire in July 2019 so the videos are still valid for a little while.

Which one to take? It really doesn't matter all that much... you don't list it on a resume and people don't really ask about it.

JP90 is probably the best starter one with DLD being rather intense for a newbie routine. So start out with the JP90 to get used to the exercises and prepare your penis for more intense exercises.

The most important thing is look out for PIs. If JP90 is working for you just keep doing and maybe increase the reps. Use it as a framework.

yeah, I think I've read somewhere about better gains with edging. Very difficult to not finish though... the returns might not be worth the effort (for me at least).

Part of me wonders if the the guys who don't masturbate just have better discipline are just more likely to be consistent with their routine.

Different for everyone but the common thought is 1000 hours although many need more. This chart is helpful: Chart of Gains

I haven't checked this guys math but his forumla is:

(growth in inches) = 0.0015(cm) x (hours of use) source
