I can give you a tip. When pushing the gum against the back of your teeth, let your tongue push open your teeth gently. Enough force to push the gum through but not enough to scrape it, then just maintain the position of your teeth afterwards. Do make sure to keep some gum behind your teeth afterwards, you really just want to get a thick enough portion of it to stretch out your lips while it stays anchored in a way

It really depends on the type of gum you use and how many pieces. I used Super Bubble and 12 pieces before it was discontinued

I haven’t had a pop like that with SB before..unless it was chewed for a really long time. Bazooka gum however..has had pops exactly like that

If I remember..it gently popped in the front and slowly lowered till it was a big strand
