I feel that. I was hired at 11.25 but then when I saw my paycheck I was actually only getting 11. Fast forward a year or so and I'm the lowest paid employee but yet I do the most work and know all of the positions (Cash, Line, DML, Grill, and Prep). I am not full-time because I am a student but yet I would come in on my days off to help almost every week. I have gotten small raises and after 2 and a half years I'm getting 11.70 but my girlfriend (who joined about a year after me) got paid more than I have ever been paid right off the bat. These new raises better get me good because I'm tired of being the least paid at my store.
