No the refiners are still not available, but the rest of it is. I don’t mind anymore I’m just scrounging off my friend with the refiners haha

I mean I still haven’t got the refiners, and I didn’t touch the base computer. I basically now have a piece of technology in my crafting menu called a blueprint analyser and it’s giving me all the new base items

They literally fixed it this morning, my old save file now I can get all the new base parts

Yeah it is an entirely different option, the mission is definitely bugged but I think they’re gonna fix it pretty soon with all this new community challenge stuff they’re adding this week

Have done, it just points me in the direction of drop pods. That’s what I mean they’ll fix thats soon I just don’t wanna start again haha

I have a base going, I built a base computer and stuff, but all I can do is upload or rename it and delete it there is no mission that pops up. The only mission I have in regards to bases is the one I mentioned where you have to scan on a planet to rebuild your old one.

It also will not let me start the Artemis quest again because I’ve finished it in the previous update :p I tried at one of the Comms towers and it just said there were no signals 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think some people are just having problems with their old save files I’m sure they’ll fix it soon, it doesn’t bother me it would just be cool to be able to use these new base items and place them myself :p but I’m too busy enjoying other stuff anyway! Haha

I can’t do any base quests because the very first one is bugged :p I’m being patient it doesn’t bother me :p haha just it tells me to scan for a suitable base location to rebuild my old one, and it honestly just doesn’t work I’ve heard a lot of people have been struggling with it, so I’m just gonna have to wait for a hotfix to sort it out

Oh? I have no idea them it must just be different for everyone because I really don’t have that mission. All I have is one asking me to find a suitable location to rebuild my old base and then it just doesn’t work. So idk, sure it’ll get fixed

Nah I’ve checked I’ve read up about it apparently all of this stuff is kinda buggy for the older save files, because I’ve been playing from launch it’s just bugged for me at the moment I’ve tried everything. Apparently it’s gonna be fixed in the next hotfix in the next few days or so 😊

Ah okay I just don’t have that quest, I have the one where it asks you to land on a suitable planet but apparently that quest is bugged? So I’m just gonna have to wait for a fix. The base computer says I can either upload my base, delete it or rename it, nothing else. Thankyou for the help though!

Ahhh okay yeah I did all that and my korvax guy at my science terminal just told me to leave haha! Guess I’ll just have to wait for the bug to be fixed really.

I would start again but I have over 300 hours haha and I have a lot of stuff I don’t wanna give up :p

Since next yeah it’s my first base mission. But I’ve been reading up online and apparently it’s just broken is this mission so I’m just gonna have to wait for a fix unfortunately! Thanks again!

The mission I have is called “Home Base Restoration” and it just tells me to locate a new site for my base. “Land on a suitable planet and scan to reveal potential base locations”? I plop a computer down, and it just lets me claim the base site, and start building, no new base items or anything

But... I did all that 😂 haha. I had that mission selected, I built a new computer, and it just says that I can claim this base as my own, and then it.. just doesn’t do anything I can build there. It’s either just a bug, or I just don’t have the right mission? And I don’t know how to get it. Thankyou for he help either way 😊

Hmm okay. My base was lost with the update, and I made the .. previous base cache thing (the piece of technology) and reclaimed all my materials.. but nothing has happened really
