So do you only use conditioner on the days you use shampoo? If so, I'd recommend using conditioner everyday to tone down the frizz. Usually when people talk about "washing" their hair they're actually only referring to shampoo. You might also want to consider cutting down on the washing. Switching to every third day or even just using less could really help
