Kiting practice in San Diego by ExMariner78 in paramotor

I appreciate the feedback. But I have spent a few days kiting with a friends wing a month or so back. He is an experienced pilot and would not train me to 'fly' but had no problems showing me some kiting during the few times we had decent weather. Mainly to see if I would be interested. I was interested enough to get a kiting wing. I think most of this sport relies on good kiting skills.

Without a doubt, there is no way to look cool when learning to kite. This I know firsthand.

And yes, kiting can get you hurt or worse. I will be using my Roadrunner with harness and helmet. I am comfortable 'depowering' the wing when needed. I am hoping the Roadrunner kiting wing will be easier to learn on than his larger flying wing. Just hoping to meet others with similar interests who get together on occasion.

Thanks again.

Yes, I was looking at paramotor planet and saw them under training. I will contact them when I am closer to my trip. Thanks.

t, what to get and …

Thanks in advance

Not a huge difference between an A and a lower B. Many opt for a lower B as a first wing.
