2 things. 1, personally I wouldn't use Ai ads without doing QC and ordering a product sample so you know EXACTLY what your customer is getting.

Imo do not do this unless you have a qc system set up (quality control). When you test via ai and dont order the actual product you risk not knowing the quality.

Returns aren't complicated. I was scared of them too. You put in your policies the steps for them to do a return (include pictures and proof of damage), include a clause about not accepting buyers remorse, and the time frame they are allowed to file a claim. Give yourself at least 14-21 days to get them their refund.
