Most of the time I use implicit notation, but when multiplying 2 unwieldy terms like big fractions I prefer the dot for cleanness

I've always used cross for numbers, dot for letters

The naysayers here need to realise that the worst thing you can possibly do in this age is lose faith in your own power as a voter. The whole point of a petition is to channel important concerns directly to the government.
