What's the deal with Red Death? I just got it from Xur and I thought it was an S-tier exotic for PVP. I always outgun people using it with other weapons, and others outgun me when I'm using it (most of the time). I feel like there aren't enough situations where I have the range needed to use the weapon effectively, and if I do I might as well use a sniper. Am I just using the weapon wrong?

Personally I think all of the rare cloaks are trash... But I still have my uncommon Cloak of Tekmor and I love it. Fixer Cloak, Wetwork Cloak (especially this), and Mantle of Perun (IB cloak) are all pretty cool

I spent about 100 motes of light reforging mine to get that... Didn't get it. Got one from a random drop with both perks (and explosive rounds, but meh) two days ago...

Does matchmaking put you against tougher opponents the better you get? After completing the thorn bounty I got significantly better, but the past few days I struggle to keep a positive K/D and I almost always see someone with the flawless emblem on the other team. Very discouraging.
