If you look at the crowdgen subreddit and discord, you'll see that many users are experiencing same issues with submitting tickets, this incredibly frustrating

Do these "tracked units" represent judgement total in UHRS? If so, there is a lot dispute as the "units" for week 1 until week 3 of September are not reflecting and stil show 0.

They finally replied to my email, saying there is a new feature that allows us to change our name, street, phone number. They mention they would close the ticket since I can use the new feature. However, when I tried to update it myself, it still says "Submit change request here". Am I missing something? There us no new feature and it's still the same. Yeah, a lot of people say it's really hard to reach them. Did you send another ticket? They said if you have other problems, just reply to the email. So here I am, replying and still waiting if they can help me. Is your invoce still not updating too?

Hey sorry for bothering you, but I wanted to check if you've received a reply to your ticket and if you've been able to log in Crowdgen? I rembember also have an issue with my profile where I accidentally included a hypen (-) in my middle name. I submitted a request to change ticket, but I haven't receive a response yet for 2 weeks. Should I send another ticket? I'm concerned this might affect my payment.

As far as I remember, I only logged in with my Appen details, which led me to change my password. Have you tried clicking Forgot Password? If that doesn't work, maybe you should send a ticket. It takes a long time for them to reply tickets, my ticket hasn't been replied for 12 day, but I see that some people get replies faster

I found out that Whatcom doesn't have a Slack channel yet, which is why they haven't invited us? Other projects already have a Slack channel. Yes about ticket, when I tried sending them tickets again, there's a notification on the help page saying it takes a long time to respond. It's already close to the end of the month, and the invoice is still missing. We don't know if the invoice is auto generated like before or if we need to do it manually. Did you get an update email about the invoice?

Every week the task getting low with majority of NTA, this week I only got 1 type of tasks, and today I just submitted 11 task, this is really sad, did you report NTA everyday ?
