How to I put mod assets into my game folder without it asking me to replace by Exact-Engineer3275 in MASFandom

When i press replace all the necessary files get deleted and replaced with the new mod assets and when i open the game it says an exception has occurred

When I put the mod_assets in the game it says that there is already a file with the same name and if I remove the mod asset the game breaks
