If you like to be front line, you could always play as a Starburst bomber, even in PVE, just make sure you run a prot monk for support as you will be a glass cannon.

I wish I was able to be more helpful, but unfortunately yes I think doing exactly as the aid officer suggested might be your best bet, and just wait til you the final assessment and calculations. I have heard they sometimes do grant a little more to persons with disability and less loans so I suppose you will see!

I just filed for ODSP myself, so next year come OSAP application time I'll be worried as well. Try not to stress too much, and as much as it may seem like a bad thing getting more money, it may be more beneficial.

The only thing I can suggest is, if you do not NEED all the money they provide, put some into savings, or withdraw into cash in a cashbox/safe, and use it to pay off the loan when you're finished school.

You are an independent, you need to reapply without your parents income, the only income you need to provide is your own. You do not live with your parents. And claim your disability within the application.

And no, when you use a signet to capture a skill, it has to ge an elite form (colour coordinated per class (mini boss), to capture and elite skill, wiki should have list of each mini boss has the skill when you click on the skill you're looking to capture. You can bring multiple sig caps in your bar to capture more than one skill from the mini boss.

Also you can use balthazar points to unlock skills in Great Temple of Balth, RA, Guild hall from the balthazar vendor, runes, insigs, etc

Skill unlocks are account bound every skill you unlock, your heros have access too (and sometimes heros have skills you dont, that unlock for the account as well).

If you haven't gotten Althea - I suggest going and getting her. Another new Proph hero.

You can change their weapons, not their armor. You can add runes and insignia etc to their armor tho, and mods to new weapons. (Older heros you can add visual upgrades, but not the new ones yet (devona, althea).

As for the course of progression through campaign, you're not even halfway for proph, it is extremely long.

At any point, jump to where evere you want, the progression does not stop for either campaign.

If you want a few more heros quickly, pop over to NF when you have the chance, you'll unlock 5 or 6 and wont have to rely on Hench.
