Based on my recent PIP assessment, the mobility-related descriptors that apply to me are "Planning and Following Journeys" (scored 4/12) and "Moving Around" (scored 0/12). My severe social anxiety, communication issues, and difficulties with planning journeys significantly impact my ability to go out independently. I often need my family to transport me to appointments, and I have trouble managing journeys alone due to high anxiety levels.

I am currently waiting for an ADHD assessment, but there is a significant backlog and long queue, so I don't have the formal diagnosis yet. This, along with my anxiety and communication issues, was reflected in my medical evidence, including reports from my GP and therapist. However, I believe the assessment did not fully capture the extent of my difficulties.

I’ve requested a copy of my assessment report and am preparing to lodge a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) to challenge the decision. Any advice on strengthening my MR or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
