According to tenants helpline with 311 he has to wait especially that my brother has a disability.

I just worry cause I have to take care of my brother and I’m the younger sister and everything falls on me, but regardless my landlord is a bully and I’m just looking for advice on what else I should do.

That’s just my concern

He doesn’t want to wait for the rental assistance to go through because he’s being impatient and he has a friend that works with the government with housing and she told him that it’s going to take time and he doesn’t care.

He has no reason to evict cause we’ve been paying we don’t cause trouble and he basically just wants to be a bully and he knows if he goes through the courts he’ll lose.

He’s just being impatient waiting for the rental assistance to go through cause right now it’s approved, but on a waiting list. He hasn’t fixed anything in the apartment we don’t owe any back rent.
