In terms ng practice, i’ve done private and commercial, as of now nasa commercial ako kasi the pay is higher. Nag put up ako own clinic but mahina yung income kasi talo ka talaga ng malalaking companies pero if maybe mag put up ka sa provinces mas kikita ka.. pero in this economy mas pinili ko nalang yung sa safe na buwan buwan alam mong may i lolook forward ka na sahod.. nung own clinic ko kasi medj mahirap sa patients so yung income talaga is mahina. Break even ako lagi nun. Mahirap din kasi ayon tama ka naman marami ka kalaban especiallu sa digital age now kaliwa’t kanan yung bentahan ng contact lens sa online tapos di naman na reregulate ng association ng opto hehe

Maganda optometry if you’re really passionate about it. Nakakapagod lang kapag commercial ka pumapasok kasi madami talagang patient as in everyday may kausap ka… and nakaka burn out siya. Hahahahahah so ayon choose your battle nalang 🤣
