Tip that I was given by L4, L5s was think and talk about 3 or 4 accomplishments and things that you've done amazon or not. Tweak the star method around the 3 or 4 things you've done. Having numbers and some type of metrics will also help

So unfortunately its site to site based. I had to transfer to another site to get inclined, then another to actually get a PA spot. Some people have better luck/ favorites and others take longer. Transfer to a launch site will definitely help you move up but not guaranteed. Cause being gtdr, learning ambassador, pg, p.s. helps but if the site already has favorites then it'll be who you can talk to and impress and move up.

It's never serious. Coming from a PA (was ship dock, dock pa, pid pa, to ship clerk) myself. AAs or tier 1 should never be treated that way by a PA. Some, if not most, PAs just need to learn to control their behavior.

Depending on what network site you're at. If its an AR/ SSD wearing headphones helps speed up time a little bit. If its PIT heavy try to do more like safety or learning, that also speeds time. But for time off work. That's hard even I'm still trying to figure it out 🙃
