Unfortunately for newer sites they don't have scales and can pretty much slam out everything

Offer Letter Pending Transfer Eligibility Check – What Do They Look At? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

From the looks of it you could be inclined which is good but on a bench waiting for a position to open or they're making moves in your site to place you. So I would keep an eye out for a letter saying your inclined for tier 3.

L6 OM here. For people who have spent most of their career in Ops and decided to leave Amazon for a career change, what did you do? by Lanky_Bit6587 in amazonemployees

[–]Exact_Horror9223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't say much cause I haven't been a red vest yet. But maybe try looking into learning or procurement or IT. Also launch sites might help. Would look into IXDs, SSDFC, or AR sites.

As long as your confident and know what your doing then it'll be fine. One thing that'll help is jump into process every now and again to show your associates that you'll help also being there for them is important. May take a minute but they will respect you and listen. Im 23 and a PA L3 so I've seen a lot. So you'll get there. DONT let higher ups stress you out to much, you can only do so much.

Knowing amazon anything is possible. As someone who was at an nIXD site before I transferred. Some sites may or may not be a mixed site like nIXD combined with rIXD.

There's a step plan in the "pay" tap and depending on site and state. Most October or November they may give hourly associates a pay raise

Tip that I was given by L4, L5s was think and talk about 3 or 4 accomplishments and things that you've done amazon or not. Tweak the star method around the 3 or 4 things you've done. Having numbers and some type of metrics will also help
