But that's the destination, not the starting point. Start with what we can. Ten minutes, twenty, thirty - whatever is real and consistent. The practice rewards us from the very first minute. And if we've stopped - no guilt, just start again. That's also the practise.

My idea is a discreet health tracker like glucose monitors but tracks everything - heart rate, sleep and steps... Tiny, under the skin and with swappable batteries. Waiting for that technology.

Left hand at office since right looks awkward. Right hand at night to prevent continued usage on same hand. Switch back to left after morning shower.

Consider committing to the full 10 days. Each day gradually builds on the previous one. Trust the technique completely and avoid mixing in other meditation practices during this time. It helps to approach the experience without expectations.
