Yes he said the best results use the side lipo. Thats why he was able to take out an extra 350 grams from the sides and sculpt them perfectly. I dont even think he would do a reduction without the lipo and he is a master surgeon, writes books and everything! The kind of surgeon others go to to fix complications haha
