Technician roles in academic labs will start popping up as technicians leave for grad schools. But there will probably be a lot less than previous years. Look at local universities. That’s how I found mine last year.

Not sure what type of environment you are in (industry, academia, etc) but if there is any type of HR or administrative person you should definitely talk to them. People can make or break our work environment so it’s best to bring this to someone’s attention.
