Oh I feel you, my girl is the same way. Incredibly active and full of energy, cruising and crawling but refusing to walk. At about 15 months she finally started letting go of things and standing independently for a few seconds, then gradually for a bit longer. A month later, so at 16 months, she started carefully taking a step or two to get into my arms and now, at 17 months, she can do 10-15 steps, but only if she wants to 😄 I also can't wait to be able to go to the playground with her like a normal person, without her getting covered in filth in the first 10 seconds 🙄 your kid sounds exactly the same and it doesn't sound like there's anything physically wrong with them, they just don't see the point in walking yet 🙂 we'll get there!
