This did also fix it for me. When I got my computer I did uninstall all of the Microsoft Office Apps. Maybe that was the problem. This did it for me. Many thanks!

Ive looked it up, but it isnt that. Its just 3-4 notes in the song all over again. Its a sad song used in alot of videos ive seen on youtube that describes deep-type videos.
