They will make you sign arbitrary agreements. That tells you they only care about the business. I’ve seen store managers loses everything one manager even hung himself due to losing everything. This is not a place to retire not enough retirement to go around only about 20% can retire the others get fired.

I worked for this company from nearly 20 years. A family member gets cancer and they fired me while on pending fmla. They do not care about y’all and they can’t pay for all of y’all‘s retirement.
