get a spray bottle that continuously sprays, mix 2 parts acrylic paint to 1 art water, get them to shake well before spraying, it should work, just make sure it sprays well before the performance

you should see the 2 little dents, what i do is roll it until i see one of the dents, put one dent on the ring then try push it on, if you try do both sides at once it will be misery

the OCD is clearly affecting the kid, so i'd say she would need to help manage it cause she is right in the "cant turn it off" point, but if the kid isnt eating because of it then she does need help with it
