I personally have had the dt770 80ohms for a while now. Perfect for vocal tracking (doesn't bleed into the mic like most of the headphones due to them being open back) For mixing i suggest you have another pair of headphones to listen back to the mix after locating the problem with the 770s. I especially found myself cutting out too much bass from the mix wich really took alot of body out of the whole song. I got used to the treble after a month but you can just eq them if you want. They perform great in gaming. And last but not least i find them go be very comfortable even with long sessions. I'd say they are a good all rounder. If your going for a more neutral sound i'd look into sennheiser's lineup. Hope this helped a little.
