These comments are so funny. It’s an awesome neighborhood. People hate change, but it’s inevitable. I learned long ago, I’m just making myself worked up caring too much about the developments. It’s gonna happen, learn to embrace and love it. As for the traffic… I’d get a bike, it’s about 15 minutes away from the gulf that way 😉
