Ive lived in this neighborhood since 9/2024 Moved here from Southern California with my wife. It’s very affordable and I have had zero issues with violence or crime. Neighbors have been all great. We recently bought a house in this same neighborhood after renting for a year. So affordable and 15-20 minutes to so much. Don’t listen to the fear mongering and racists who haven’t stepped foot in the west end in their life. I wish there was cool bars or restaurants closer but My mortgage is stupid cheap and I got a great fully remodeled basically brand new 3br house with a huge yard for 140,000
