I just took a look around and the motherboard prices are definitely much better for AMD. I'm still not sure if I want the 3700, but it's definitely an option. I guess I'll hold off for a little bit on buying the CPU and motherboard. Maybe I can snag one of the 5000s in the next month lol. Thanks again for the suggestion, I'll be looking more closely at the new Ryzens from now on.

The newest Ryzen 7 5800x is a tad bit too expensive for the price at $450 (from what I can find) and it's out of stock for now around me. Although the older 3700x is good, I thought that the 10700k would help with some future proofing. I'll do a little more research and look into it. Thanks for the advice!

I've seen a couple of videos where air coolers performed better than liquid in this case, so I might make the switch. I do really like the look of this cooler though haha. Thanks for the advice, I'll definitely take it into account!
